Sugar Burst Start List
Here is what I recommend
- Coconut oil, milk , water and jelly(meat).
- Unsweetened almond and or hemp milk
- Raw organic nuts ( macadamia is the best).
- Sea vegetables such as chlorella, spirulina, sea weed etc.
- Fermented vegetable such as Kimchi, pickles, miso soup, kombucha, saukeraut .
- Cocoa, cinnamon, turmeric , stevia
- Coriander and coriander tincture.
- Chlorophyll liquid
- Gynema tea leaves or liquid (sugar destroyer) and herbal tea.
- Good quality probiotic
- L-Glutamine , magnesium , branch chain amino acids, mineral ascorbate.
- Good quality cod liver and krill oil.
- Lemon in water first in morning and last at night.
- Enzyme and or fibre supplement.
