Sugar Burst Start List

Here is what I recommend

  1. Coconut oil, milk , water and jelly(meat).
  2. Unsweetened almond and or hemp milk
  3. Raw organic nuts ( macadamia is the best).
  4. Sea vegetables such as chlorella, spirulina, sea weed etc.
  5. Fermented vegetable such as Kimchi, pickles, miso soup, kombucha, saukeraut .
  6. Cocoa, cinnamon, turmeric , stevia
  7. Coriander and coriander tincture.
  8. Chlorophyll liquid
  9. Gynema tea leaves or liquid (sugar destroyer) and herbal tea.
  10. Good quality probiotic
  11. L-Glutamine , magnesium , branch chain amino acids, mineral ascorbate.
  12. Good quality cod liver and krill oil.
  13. Lemon in water first in morning and last at night.
  14. Enzyme and or fibre supplement.
